Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise using Magnet, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Magnet (by ProjectA.ai) is an AI and answer-engine visibility dashboard. It tracks how a brand appears across AI-generated answers, analyzes SEO and AEO signals for the domains you choose to track, and can optionally connect third-party accounts such as Google (Search Console and Analytics) or GitHub to enrich that analysis.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your workspace, including activity by members you invite. Keep your credentials secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the service; abuse, redistribute, or exceed the intended use of data obtained through connected third-party accounts; or use Magnet for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the terms of any service it connects to.

Connecting Google (Search Console / Analytics) or GitHub is entirely optional and never required to use Magnet's core features. When you do connect an account, how the resulting data is accessed, used, stored, retained, and deleted is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms also apply when you view, link to or embed ProjectA's AI Rankings. AI Rankings reports are informational only: each describes a dated sample of ChatGPT's answers about a named category and market. They are not a recommendation, endorsement, certification or guarantee of any outcome, and not a review or rating of any business's quality, safety, licensing, pricing or suitability. AI Rankings are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by OpenAI; ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Reports are provided "as is" and are not a basis for reliance. Verify any business yourself before relying on anything shown.

A company named in a report may display the unaltered, dated badge we generate for it, only to identify that one named company, for as long as it remains accurately named in a current report. This is a revocable permission, not a trademark license or an endorsement. A badge never implies an endorsement by ProjectA, OpenAI or ChatGPT. We may revoke a company's badge permission if the badge is altered, if it is used to imply an endorsement it does not carry, or once that company's name is withheld after a verified removal request.

How we handle corrections and removal requests is set out in the "AI Rankings: Business Data, Corrections and Removal" section of our Privacy Policy. To make a request, use the Request a correction or removal form or email dev@projecta.ai.

You may reference or link to a published report. You may not present our rankings, classifications or badges as ProjectA's endorsement of any business's quality, safety, licensing or pricing, alter a badge's content, or use a badge for a company it was not issued to.

Like the rest of the service, AI Rankings content is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. ChatGPT's underlying answers may contain errors that we do not independently verify, and AI answers change over time and between users. A ranking reflects only the dated snapshot shown.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectA.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from AI Rankings content or from any decision made in reliance on it. This is in addition to the limitation of liability that applies to the rest of the service.

Our Privacy Policy, including its California privacy notice, and Cookie Policy explain website analytics, advertising and visitor identification, and your choices. Accepting these terms or continuing to browse is not a substitute for consent where consent is required. These terms do not waive your privacy rights. Third-party marketing services are subject to applicable law and our agreements with their providers.

Magnet's software, design, branding, and content are owned by ProjectA.ai. These terms grant you a limited right to use the service and transfer no ownership in it.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Analyses, estimates, and audit results are informational and are not guarantees of any outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProjectA.ai is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

ProjectA.ai may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
